Delivery & Returns

Where do you deliver to?

We use Royal Mail to deliver across the UK excluding the Channel Islands

How much is delivery?

For all orders under £30 standard delivery is £3.00

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders to you within 48 hours and orders should arrive within 5 days from the date of placing using standard shipping.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If you have not received your order after 7 days from the date of placing this please email us at info@theyorkshireartisan.co.uk

Can I make changes to my order?

For any changes please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note if your order has already been dispatched and you would like to cancel, you will be required to cover the cost of returning the item to us.

What is your Returns Policy?

What if my item is damaged?

We take great care with all our items, but in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item , please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to rectify the situation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Can I only buy products online?

No we have a physical store located in Hovingham, North Yorkshire where we have a much wider range of products to buy from. Please visit our Contact page for our location and opening times.
