Refund Policy

Refund requests will only be accepted if these are made within 48 hours of orders being received and items must be returned within 28 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned in the same condition that you received them and be unused, in its original packaging. 

 

If one or more of the above criteria is not met, we will be unable to process a refund.

 

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs and this is non-refundable. We are unable to replace or refund items damaged in transit to us, so we recommend using a recorded service to return your item. Please retain your proof of postage receipt until you are certain that your item has been received by us, as items lost in transit will not be processed.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund to the original account that the payment was made from. The refund will normally show in your account within 7 working days.

 

We take great care with all our items, but in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us 

within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange a return. We will require photographic evidence before we can process any refunds or replacements.
