Please make any return requests within 48 hours of receiving your order by sending an email to info@theyorkshireartisan.co.uk. Items need to be returned within 28 days from the date of your order and must be returned in the same condition that you received the item and be unused, in its original packaging. If one or more of the above criteria is not met, we will be unable to process a refund.

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs and this is non-refundable. We recommend that you use a trackable service to post your returns. Please retain your proof of postage receipt until you are certain that your item has been received by us, as items lost in transit will not be processed.

We take great care with all our items, but in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item , please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to rectify the situation.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund to the original account that the payment was made from. The refund will normally show in your account within 7 working days.
